After receiving your order we verify that the item is still available; there is a small chance that an item you ordered was ordered at the same time by another customer. We will send you a confirmation when we ship and bill your order.

We welcome your submissions of innovative, unique, high quality products. If you would like to submit a new product for consideration please send the following to our corporate headquarters address:
1. Information about the product.
2. Cost price of product.
3. Company principal or representative contact name, address, phone, fax.
4. Product sample or photo. Samples submitted cannot be returned unless arrangements are made prior to submitting actual sample. Due to the number of products submitted, Mistletoe 'n Holly.com cannot pay for samples.
