This is a 12 ft. prelit christmas tree, is in excellent condition, i just bougth it last christmas but i had to move to an apartment it won't fit at all, to big.

Change a bulb and it will blink.

Bottom circumference of the tree measures 70 inch x 70 inch.

In case you're returning an item it needs to be in the same condition that you received it, with tags or original packages and unworn, etc.....

Buyer will pay for return shipping fees.

SHIPPING

I always combine shipping on items with the same auction ending date.

You pay complete amount on the highest shipping cost, and half for the rest of the items.

As the shipping cost is variable ill charge an aproximate amount, thats why i need my buyers to agree with that, if i need to pay any difference to the post ofice that will be on me.

All my items are sent with a delivery confirmation, so i'll be giving you the tracking number for every transaction.
