This is a cute set and all pieces are in MINT condition with no chips or cracks! The set comes with its original presentation box that you see in the picture. Each piece comes with its original radko paper tag as you can see. This is part of a limited edition that was made of 10,000 and this is number 3252. The 1st house that you see stands 6 inches in height and the length of the base is 4 5/8 inches in length and the width is 3 inches. The second house stands 6 inches in height and the length of the base is 4 3/4 inches and the width is 3 3/8 inches. The 3rd house stands 5 1/2 inches in height and the length of the base is 4 1/4 inches and the width is 2 3/4 inches. A sweet set to add to any collection or to give as a fine gift!
