Beautiful antique paper mache tilt top table.

This is a lovely decorative table.

The top and base are paper mache. The post is wood and the feet are cast iron and look like webbed birds feet.

The table stands 41 inches high when in the tilt position.

The top measures 23 1/2 inches by 19  and 3/4 inches across.

The table stands 28 inches high with the top down.

The top has some large scratches but they have not shown up in the photographs.

It looks as though someone has put polish on them to make them less noticeable.

Some damage as noted. Old worm holes on the top of the wooden stem.

There are 2 or so areas as seen from underneath the top where some of the paper mache and laquer are missing.

Inlaid with mother of pearl.

The table top will be removed from the post for shipping.
