Every ornament and box is in mint condition unless stated in listing. All items are shipped in sturdy boxes with packing material to ensure they arrive in good condition.

SHIPPING: Shipping is calculated by location. Items will ship USPS with the option of Fed EX for heavier items. Items are shipped the same day as payment received with the exception of high volume times. We do combine shipping on additional items, please wait for invoice for combined orders; we cannot combine after a payment has been made. Shipping of one item is based on USPS First Class with the option of Priority mail for those who want the item sooner. Please note first class is only available up to 13 oz. including box and packing, when you purchase 2 or more ornaments please refer to priority pricing.

RETURNS: We will gladly accept returns on items that are not in the condition stated in description, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.  Any item listed with crease or flaw will not be accepted. If we accept your return any S & H charges incurred for the transaction will not be refunded. In the unfortunate event we ship an item to you in error we will refund your return shipping to us, although it does not happen often we would not expect you to pay for the item?s return.

SALES TAX: Pennsylvania residents only will be charged a 7% sales tax. Allegheny County (were we live) charges a 7% sales tax therefore that?s what we must collect.
