As long as the band has not been re-sized and there are no scratches we will be more than happy to refund / exchange your watch. Please email us if you need special arrangents on returns if this is for a gift. Please check out your watch as soon as you receive it for defects. we can not take responsibility if something is defective after the watch has been used.
