I DO NOT SHIP Surface for ANY US OR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES.  All U.S. and International packages are shipped via air or expedited depending on the size and weight of your package.  If expedited delivery is the only option available for your package you will be billed for that service. This service provides you with insurance and a tracking number.  Please also note that the s/h rates are posted in U.S. dollars.  Once converted to Canadian Dollars it is less than what you actually  paid.
