Here is the Nutcracker By Munsey. It has a geared base and ratcheting device that allows you to slide the cracking surfaces so the nut touches the cracking surfaces............then by pressing down on the handle the nut is cracked. If more cracking is required simply lift the handle and press down again moving the cracker forward a bit more and so on. It is smooth and ingenious. Email for more pic's or info.
