This charming "Victorian Flower Peddler" looks like she just stepped off the pages of a Dickens novel. This sweet ornament, from Department 56, measures approximately 5 ½? high. It is made of hand painted and glittered resin and comes in a beautiful gift box that is adorned with hand applied icy glitter. This is a retired item from The Holiday Shop of Saratoga Springs store stock.
