The figure is new in the box.  No one likes to receive something that is broken or damaged.I like to make sure all items are in perfect shape, the way I would want to receive them.

I have quite a large inventory of Department 56 items at my retail location.  If you need something and do not see it listed on Ebay store, please ask and I will be happy to check stock at the retail location. At the time of listing I have each item.  I keep the inventories updated, I do not use an outside source for my inventory. You are dealing directly with me, no warehouses in another state.

I ship via the US Postal Service Mail. If you desire, I can add Insurance to the cost of shipping.  You  need to do this at the time of check out.  If you decline the insurance option I can not be responsible for the package after it leaves my hands.
