We Are: We are a local pharmacy and we are an authorized dealer of Department 56. We have been selling Dept 56 items for over 20 years. Oakland Pharmacy is conveniently located in Oakland, New Jersey and can be contacted at the following number (888) 242-GIFT (4438) or email us at sales@oaklanddrugs.com. All out items are Department 56 originals, new and in their original packaging.

When making a purchase: Buyers can make their payments through paypal. We ship through FEDEX ; and all packages are shipped 1 to 3 days after payment is received.  We ship Monday-Friday. Fedex picks up daily around 3pm. WE DO NOT SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS. If we receive payment after 2pm Friday, your package will be shipped out on Monday. The items are insured for their full value. Shipping outside of the United States or to Hawaii/Alaska will be additional and done through the USPS (please wait for invoice with pricing adjustments before you make your payment). Auctions must be paid within 10 days.

Local Buyers: It is possible for store pick ups. If you would like to pick your item up at our location, please call us or email us to confirm that the item is ready for pick up.

Returns: We guarantee your satisfaction. We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you want to return an item. This is why we make the return process as easy as possible. If you wish to return an item you purchased from Oakland Pharmacy, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to Oakland Pharmacy. Credit for the item will not be issued until Oakland Pharmacy receives the item in its original condition it was received. We ask that you not ship us back an item until you hear from us. We will not accept items that are returned without notice.  Damages caused in shipping must be reported to Oakland Pharmacy within 3 days after the item is received. Oakland Pharmacy will issue a full refund or replace the item after the shipping claim has been issued.

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days after the item is received. We will replace the item immediately if in stock along with placing a claim with the shipping carrier or the manufacturer of the item. DO NOT ship this item back to us. We will issue a shipping call tag for the item to be picked up. We will not accept items returned without notice. If we do not have the item, buyer is welcome to exchange the item for another of equal value. Or we will issue a full refund on the damaged item.
