I am selling the Retired Building from Dept.56?s Christmas In The City series which was issued in 2006 and retired in December 2007. This is an excellent addition to your village collection!  

The Piece is Brand New and comes in the original box & sleeve. It has never been displayed, removed only for inspection and comes from a smoke & pet free environment. *Building only - does not include accessory or furniture pictured.

Shipping / Insurance

Winning bidder to pay  for shipping and handling.  Insurance is highly recommended and is NOT included in your shipping price.Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post as indicated in listing.Items will be combined for winning bidders of one or more auctions to save on postage costs. When necessary we reserve the right to change the shipping method due to circumstances we deem necessary in order to get your item to you safely.

Payment and Contact

We prefer PayPal, if you have questions about other payment methods please ask. If auction is not paid immediately we ask that you contact us via the Contact Seller link and advise us when and by what method payment will be made. Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment has not been received within 7 days, the auction will be automatically revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
