The building itself is in excellent condition.  The original styrofoam storage box is included, but the printed slip cover is missing.  The light cord is also included.

Now for the fine print ? PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

- Payment must be received within 3 days of auction end.

- US bidders only please.

- eBay's rules only allow two choices: no insurance or mandatory insurance.  Rather than forcing unwanted charges on you for smaller valued items, we will ship with no insurance on items with a final value less than $150.  Item will be sent with delivery confirmation.  Once delivery is confirmed, item will be considered delivered and transaction complete.  On items valued at $150 or more, insurance will be added to your invoice at the conclusion of the auction.  Please do not pay until you receive the invoice.

- PayPal is the only method of payment accepted at this time.  It must be a single payment (in full) from a PayPal verified user and shipped to a PayPal verified address.

- If above payment method is used and specifics adhered to, item will ship within 3 days of payment receipt.

- If not completely satisfied, notify me via email within 3 days of your receipt.  Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.  Refunds less all shipping and PayPal fees will be sent upon safe return of item(s) in original "as sent" condition.

- Payment must be in US funds.

- If you are satisfied with the transaction, please post positive feedback.  As a buyer or seller, our policy has been consistent for the last 12 years ? the BUYER begins the feedback process.  We always reciprocate on smooth transactions.
