This piece is a surprise introduction from Department 56 of very special lighted buildings that have been designed and hand-crafted with the utmost attention to detail.  Department 56 Collectors? Surprise pieces are produced as hand-numbered limited editions in very low quantities.  The Department 56® logo is cast into the mold ? a guarantee of authenticity.

New old stock and never used.  It is in MINT condition free from chips, cracks, and any known breakage, complete in its original box with sleeve.  The sleeve has a few tears but is taped; has some wear from age and storage.
