Our Ornaments look great as an outside decorative addition to a gift box or gift bag.

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pick up) are the buyer?s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country?s customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be. It is our experience that orders could take up to 6-8 weeks to deliver via First Class Mail in some instances. We advise you to order by Thanksgiving Weekend to provide a comfortable cushion.

Deadline for ordering for domestic Christmas delivery is December 10th for shipment on the 14th. If we find that we are overwhelmed as last year, we will determine whether to remove listings earlier. We do not control the US Postal System and we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery; we can only guarantee when order is shipped. We will provide our potential customers with a second chance to order but ornaments will not be listed until December 28th or 29th for shipment the first week in January.

About Personalization: We ask you to please place your personalization in the ?Note? or ?Additional Information? section on the PayPal form or send your message through the ebay message board. We do encounter a large volume of orders and occasionally there is an error in the inscription. We will replace the ornament(s) free of charge. Orders normally ship three to five days after finalization of payment and receivership of personalization.

We are now required to pay an 11% surcharge to ebay on our shipping costs. Regretfully, we cannot absorb this increase and have added the cost to the shipping column.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: It is up to you to provide us with your personalization within 2 hours of order and payment. Failure to do so will place you at the bottom of the pile and could delay your order.

All ornament print is computer generated and done with a special chemical process that gives the appearance that personalization is heat-sealed to ornament.
