Return Policy

Should there be a problem with your purchase, we will work together to find a solution.  Please contact us within 48 hours if a defective product is received.  We will send out a replacement, if available.  If the item is no longer in stock we will process a full refund.  Please email Customer Service to get a "Return Authorization" number and a return shipping label.

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact Customer Service for a "Return Authorization" number.  Your item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.  We will take back your unused item, complete with all packing, for a refund.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  If you ordered an item with free shipping, your refund will be less our cost to ship to you.
