You have 2 business days from the time DHL/EMS/TNT delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to return or exchange the item.

You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you our mailing address for returning items. Any item returned without notifying us will not be credited or exchanged.

The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

The shipping fees of return must be paid by buyer.

We must receive the item within 10 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 10 days, no credit or exchange will be given.
